With the Ligue 1 break this summer, Amazon does not intend to take any risks and prefers to exempt its subscribers.

While the 2021-2022 Ligue 1 season will come to an end at the end of May, Amazon has just made a promise to all its Ligue 1 Pass subscribers. These will not be charged during two summer deadlines, due to of the stoppage of the French championship which will not resume until the first weekend of August.

During the Ligue 1 off-season, Amazon will pause your Ligue 1 Pass

Amazon’s Prime Video service is sending a wave of emails to its 2 million subscribers (approximately) to the Ligue 1 Pass to bring them good news, logical of course, but honest. Indeed, during the off-season of the French championship, the monthly price of the subscription will drop from 12.99 euros per month to… 0 euro per month, since there will simply be no meeting to watch. And paying for an undelivered service is simply not legal.

This information relates to two payment deadlines between May 27 inclusive and July 26, 2022 inclusive. ” You will therefore not be debited during this period, and the monthly payment will be automatically reactivated from July 27, 2022 inclusive “, announces Amazon.

The company adds that customers subscribing to the Ligue 1 Pass from an iOS device will be automatically reimbursed for an amount of 12.99 euros after each month of direct debit, on these same two deadlines. ” The amount of this refund will be credited to the original payment method », Promises the service.

Amazon Prime Video

  • A catalog that grows month after month
  • An SVOD platform and many other services
  • A fairly complete back catalog

Good but could do better. This is clearly the first impression left on us by Amazon Prime Video. Its catalog remains neat, home productions from Amazon are often of high quality, but everything remains weighed down by an interface that can be greatly improved.
