Amber Heard: Actress talks about "painful" time in court

For Amber Heard and Johnny Depp, the process is over for the time being. The actress describes the time in court as "painful".

The disputed ex-couple Amber Heard (34) and Johnny Depp (57, "Pirates of the Caribbean") are 16 process days behind. The judicial hearings in London will end on July 28th. Heard seems relieved. The American actress spoke up on Instagram. Although she said she "preferred" not to appear before the court, she had traveled to the UK on the matter "to testify and support the court". The process, however, took some strength.

"It was incredibly painful to relive the breakdown of my relationship, to have my motivations and my truth questioned, and to publicize the most traumatic details of my life with Johnny in court and to spread them around the world," Heard wrote a picture that she shows with her team in front of the High Court in London. The actress stand by her statements and "now trust the British judiciary".

Judgment is probably not made until September

Heard last reported to their Instagram followers on July 3rd, and the process started on July 7th. The former actor couple held a real mud fight in court, although it was primarily about Depp's lawsuit against the publisher of the tabloid "The Sun". Issue: An article from 2018 in which the actor was dubbed a "wife's thug". A judgment in the case is expected in September.
