The Dole family is unfortunately one of those affected by this worrying rebound in the epidemic. Indeed, the virus has invited itself to their home and affected the parents Amber and Alexander.
Tuesday July 5, 2022, the candidate of Large families, life in XXL confided that the situation had taken a worrying turn concerning her husband. Alexandre had to consult following a significant weight loss. “Honey, he’s tired. He has been vomiting a lot for two days. (…) But he is really tired of tired. I will take Alex (at the doctor’s, editor’s note), who is unable to drive. He is flat, he is lying all day. He still lost 5 kilos in three days. It seems huge to me so I said to him: ‘Are you sure of yourself?’ He told me yes, that he was 84 kilos on Friday and now he is 79. So I will take him“, announced the emergency nurse. The day after their consultation, his condition did not improve and Alexandre went to the hospital. To make matters worse, the mother of five children is herself a carrier of Covid-19 and must continue to take care of her family despite the constraining symptoms. “Difficult to sleep… I have sharp pains in the kidneys: 39.5 of course! A little paracetamol and here we go again“, she let go, always very active. And to underline the strength of mothers in all circumstances: “Moms, when you are sick, you still have to manage the house. (…) I am flat too.“Now we just have to hope that things are back to normal and that the family can resume a less hectic daily life.
