THE graphics cards and the processors AMD may entitle you to Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. See how.
You missed the operation launched by AMD around the release of Starfield ? But it could also be that Bethesda’s game didn’t interest you that much. AMD has another proposal in store.
The company has actually joined forces with Ubisoft to set up a new promotional offer, which concerns another “big game” of the moment, probably even the last of the year.
An operation over 7 weeks
The game in question is none other thanAvatar: Frontiers of Pandoraand AMD’s offer is very similar to that proposed for the release of Starfield. This is to offer the game to buyers of AMD hardware.
As you can imagine, not all AMD components are in the same boat, and there are still some conditions to respect. First of all, it is important to know the dates of this operation. As AMD states, “ the promotional period begins on November 7, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 30, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, or when the promo codes run out, whichever comes first of the two terms reached “.
Consider the 6 hour time difference between the East Coast and France. These dates are valid for obtaining promotional codes for the game, because then, you have to take into account another limit, that of the use of said code. Once you receive the code, don’t wait too long: they are valid until January 27, 2024.
Pay attention to the equipment concerned
It still remains to know the conditions for obtaining the codes for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. These codes concern purchasers of both retail components and complete machines.
AMD releases two tables to clarify things, and as you can see, it is quite selective. For Ryzen processors, you must have purchased a 78xx or 79xx during the period indicated to be entitled to the game… Only very high-end, then! For Radeons, it’s a little more flexible, since any RX 7xxx will do the trick, even the “small” 7600.
Finally, when it comes to a complete machine (a “system”), you have to pay attention to the Ryzen CPU and Radeon GPU combination, because not all of them give access to the game. Note that an associated Radeon GPU to an Intel CPU does not seem to entitle you to the famous promotional code.
Let’s finish by adding an important remark made by AMD: “ This promotion is open to participating partners. SOME PARTNERS DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION. Before purchasing a product, please verify that the partner has decided to participate in your region for the desired eligible AMD product. » You have been warned.
