AMD: EPS down by a quarter in the 4th quarter


(CercleFinance.com) – AMD (Advanced Micro Devices) published on Tuesday evening, for the fourth quarter of 2022, adjusted EPS down 25% to 69 cents and adjusted gross margin up 0.7 points to 51% , for revenues up 16% to 5.6 billion.

Posting for the whole of 2022 an adjusted EPS of 3.50 dollars and revenues of 23.6 billion, he expects a turnover of around 5.3 billion (more or less 300 million) and to an adjusted gross margin of around 50% for the current quarter.

“Although the demand environment is mixed, we are confident in our ability to gain market share in 2023 and generate long-term growth,” said Lisa Su, CEO of the semiconductor manufacturer.
