American elections: who could replace Joe Biden if he withdraws his candidacy?

Many bettors abandoned the American president who is seeking a second term at the White House, they gave him a 35% chance of being elected, but the probability fell after the debate below 20%. Some big donors have sent each other panicked messages, considering pushing the president out. But they now seem resigned. As one Silicon Valley investor put it, “Joe is our candidate.”
