In 2021 she still wanted to conquer the stage of “America’s Got Talent”. Singer-songwriter Jane Marczewski, who went by the stage name Nightbirde, has died at the age of 31.

Jane Marczewski, † 31, is said to have closed her eyes forever on February 20, 2022. The gifted musician was suffering from cancer. Metastases in the lungs, spine and liver finally made her lose the fight against the terrible disease, as “TMZ” claims to have learned from those around the “America’s Got Talent” candidate of 2021.

Jane Marczewski († 31): Cancer shattered her stage dream

The young woman was open about her illness. Even during her acclaimed participation in the US version of the German show “Das Supertalent”, cancer put stones in her way.

The celebrated singer made it through the so-called “Golden Buzzer” directly into the quarter-finals. But her condition deteriorated and instead of performing, Jane was on medical treatment at the time of her all-important performance.

The 31-year-old shared her last post on Instagram on January 11, 2022. Apparently she had just had a very difficult time.

“To be honest things were pretty brutal. But this is a photo of me from last week feeling pretty and alive and awake and human and real. I needed that. We’re all a little bit lost and it’s ok ” she wrote to a photo that shows her smiling cautiously. Add the hashtags #seejanewin [dt.: “Sehe Jane gewinnen”] and #stillgotdreams [dt.: “Ich habe noch immer Träume”]. Apparently Jane didn’t give up hope until the end. She was not only a fighter on the big show stage, but above all full of courage in life.
