For almost the entire podcast recording, Amira Pocher was able to avoid THE topic of the hour: Is she taken again after her separation from Oliver Pocher – or is she still single?
Amira Pocher: “Finally: What’s the status with you?”
Did Amira and Hima agree in advance of their podcast recording not to talk about their relationship status? It shouldn’t be entirely coincidental that Hima asks his sister about her love life in the last minute of the current episode. Previously, both joked about him being the “eternal bachelor” and “hanging out in strip clubs” in Las Vegas – Amira quote. “I’m sitting here now with my glasses on my nose, really reproachful. When you come like that, I say: ‘Where have you been again?’ […] And I’m quite sensible here with my books and with my children and family life […] And you’re just the eternal bachelor,” Amira judges Hima and herself with a wink.
Her dearest brother takes this keyword as an opportunity to probe the moderator: “Finally, in one sentence, because you’re now saying ‘bachelor’… What’s the status with you right now?” asks Hima Amira laughing, there are still around 20 seconds left on the podcast clock. The reason for this? Amira’s cheeky and curt answer: “Thanks, I don’t give any interviews,” she brushes off her brother and whistles: “Bye!” While the end credits music is getting louder in the background, you can still hear Hima’s desperate “Huh? What?” – and the podcast is over, in which Amira once again owes her listeners the answer to probably the most burning question.
