Podimo can probably consider himself one of the winners in the Pocher separation. Because after Oliver Pocher (45) and his new podcast partner Alessandra Meyer-Wölden (40), the entertainment website is now presenting the new podcast partner of Amira Pocher (31). After the abrupt end of “Die Pochers!” continue talking with her brother.
“It continues! We can hardly wait: Amira Pocher and her brother Hima together on the podcast microphone. Starting Tuesday next week, only on Podimo,” it says exuberantly on the platform’s Instagram page. The company also published a photo of the siblings beaming with joy, with him peeking out from behind her and her holding a red heart balloon in her hand.

Meanwhile, under the news, comments are piling up about this new act in Pocher’s separation drama. While some are happy about the growth and write something like “I’m excited and looking forward to it!” or “I love it already #teamamira”, there is also sharp headwind.
Because many other comments also measure this coup against Amira’s – and Hima’s – earlier words and so you can read: “The brother who never wanted to go public… the story seems somehow familiar to me.” Or: “There’s a lot going on for the fact that they both didn’t ‘want’ to be in public.” Another user complains: “Two publicity-shy people who never wanted to go public are doing a podcast together. You have to be that bold.” Another follower summarizes, almost impressed: “She got the machine going well and now the family is also taken care of, great.”
A less partisan observer takes the wind out of the whole thing by commenting: “Maybe, like Oliver, she has a contract to fulfill and these are the stopgap solutions now.”
However, a follower is wondering about something completely different: “And why this heart balloon?” he asks. That seems to be the right lead, because Podimo answers directly: “We won’t tell yet.”
Separation announced in August
Amira and Oliver Pocher were a couple for seven years. Shortly after the wedding in October 2019, their first son was born in November. A year later, son number two followed in December 2020. In the summer of 2023, the two suddenly spoke about marital problems – at the end of August they announced their separation.
Oliver Pocher has three other children from his first marriage to Alessandra Meyer-Wölden. Since last Friday, he has been continuing the podcast he started with Amira as “The Pochers! Freshly Recycled” with her.
Since 2023, Amira has also been running her own “Hey Amira” podcast.
