Amiry Aly Labels Her a Witch in Front of Her Son

Amira Aly and Alessandra Meyer-Wölden’s relationship has soured since Aly’s breakup with Oliver Pocher, affecting their shared son. In a podcast episode, Meyer-Wölden recounted a humorous Christmas moment involving Aly’s son. Despite ongoing tensions, both parents strive to shield the children from conflicts. The holidays saw no reconciliation, and the children are now attending a golf boarding school. While decisions about their daughter remain pending, the boys are confirmed to join the new school in Marbella.

Amira Aly and Alessandra Meyer-Wölden: The Ongoing Tension

Since Amira Aly’s split from Oliver Pocher, the relationship between her and Pocher’s first wife, Alessandra Meyer-Wölden, has become quite strained. This tension is not just limited to the adults; it also impacts their shared son, as discussed in the latest episode of their podcast, ‘Die Pochers! Freshly Recycled,’ available exclusively on Podimo.

Humor in Tension: A Christmas Story

In a recent podcast episode, Meyer-Wölden shared a humorous anecdote from their past Christmas gathering. She recalled a moment when Aly’s older son entered the room and expressed surprise, saying, ‘Aunt Sandy, Mom said you are a witch.’ To ease the child’s fear, Meyer-Wölden quickly assured him that she is a ‘good witch,’ akin to the beloved character Bibi Blocksberg.

Despite the underlying jab, Meyer-Wölden remained composed, stating, ‘If the worst thing the mom says to your son is that Aunt Sandy is a witch – I can live with that.’ Both she and Pocher are committed to shielding the children from their disputes.

No Holiday Reconciliation and New Schooling Choices

The holidays did not bring about any reconciliation among the families. Since Aly and Pocher’s breakup, the dream of a harmonious blended family has faded. With tensions high, they opted for separate celebrations. Pocher candidly remarked, ‘As long as Christian is sitting on the other side, I won’t be sitting there. And as long as you are sitting there, Amira doesn’t really want to be there.’

In recent developments, the children have transitioned to a golf boarding school after initially struggling in their English school upon returning to Germany from the USA. Pocher shared, ‘We will be regularly on site to supervise that. But I think it’s good that they are now learning some rules of independence.’ The decision reflects their emphasis on both education and sports, as the kids excel at golf. Meyer-Wölden, who has her own experience with a sports boarding school, now views this opportunity positively after some initial reservations.

While it remains unclear whether their 14-year-old daughter will join her brothers at the boarding school in Marbella, Spain, the boys are confirmed to be making the move. Alongside her three children with Pocher, Meyer-Wölden also has seven-year-old twin boys from a previous relationship, while Pocher shares two sons born in 2019 and 2020 with Aly.
