(Boursier.com) — Amoeba announces the postponement of work on its Biocontrol factory in Cavaillon, pending additional financing.
As discussions with several investors and commercial partners have not yet been concluded, Amoeba has made the decision to postpone the construction of its USIBIAM industrial project in Cavaillon. This postponement does not in any way affect the continuation of current commercial procedures…

Amoéba is also developing its strategic partnership with its financial partner and reference shareholder Nice & Green SA with the aim of contributing to the commercial development of Amoeba and continuing to secure cash flow and supporting the operational costs relating to the shift in industrial project.
Nice & Green SA therefore undertakes to continue financing Amoeba’s current activities until the entry of new investors (see press release of February 15, 2023).

Following a first phase of diagnosis and financial structuring entrusted to KPMG, the company continues its search for non-dilutive financing solutions for its industrial project, involving Nice & Green SA.
Pending obtaining said financing, Nice & Green SA, which has retained the majority of the shares obtained by conversion of the bonds issued during the financing by convertible bonds from 2019 to 2022, continues to support the Company in positioning itself as a strategic investor alongside Amoeba. The Swiss investor once again demonstrates the confidence placed in the development of Amoeba’s biocidal, phytosanitary and cosmetic applications. Nice & Green SA currently holds 29.4% of the capital of Amoeba.
