(Boursier.com) — Nicolas Calcoen has been appointed Director of the Strategy, Finance and Control division. On the proposal of Valérie Baudson, Chief Executive Officer of Amundi, the Board of Directors ofAmundi also appointed him Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
Bernard de Wit is confirmed in his functions as Effective Manager and is appointed Director of the Governance and General Secretariat division.
Cinzia Tagliabue, Managing Director of Amundi in Italy, has been appointed Director of the International Partner Networks division.
Benoît Tassou joins Amundi as Director of the Partner Networks France division. On this occasion, he joined the General Management Committee.
These appointments will be effective on April 1, 2022.
