(AOF) – In 2021, Yves Perrier had accepted the chairmanship of the Board of Directors of Amundi in order to support the company during a transitional period. This will come to an end after the General Meeting of May 12, 2023. As a result, the asset manager’s Board of Directors has approved the following changes to its governance. Philippe Brassac, who joined the Board of Directors in October 2022, will succeed Yves Perrier as Chairman after the General Meeting on May 12. Yves Perrier will be appointed Honorary Chairman of the company.

Philippe Brassac has been Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole SA since May 2015. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Agricole SA

Yves Perrier was until now Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amundi, born from the merger of the asset management companies of Crédit Agricole and Société Générale. Architect from its creation in 2010, he was its Managing Director until May 2021.
