It’s a turnaround that she couldn’t expect. After filing a complaint against her father, Richard Berry, on charges of incest during her childhood, Coline Berry finally found herself in the dock. The reason ? The former companion of the French actor, Jeane Manson, responded by filing a complaint in turn for defamation. This trial, which took place this Friday, April 1, was carried out in a very particular climate.
Obviously present, Richard Berry and his new wife made people talk about them. And in particular the latter: at the end of the hearing, Pascale Louange slapped Coline Berry, out of her. A gesture which directly reacted the lawyer of the daughter of Richard Berry, declaring that he was “unacceptable”. But the author of the slap simply retorted that “insults are violence”. While Coline Berry was found guilty of defaming her former mother-in-law, she announced that she wanted to appeal. But never mentioned again the gesture of physical violence of which she had been the victim. At least, until today.
Coline Berry: “These methods are despicable!”
Because this Friday, April 15, Coline Berry has finally broken the silence. Dejected by the court decision, she published a long message in the story of her Instagram account. Here it is : “27,000 euros. This is the sanction for having dared to denounce what I suffered in my flesh. This is the sanction of the Aurillac court, where the office of the complainant’s lawyer, former counsel for Dieudonné, is located. For more than ten hours, I suffered the slander of the clan organized around my father in an attempt to discredit my person.my mother and the family that I have built”.
Launched, Coline Berry swung everything she had on her heart. “Nothing has been spared us: mythomania, alcoholism, madness, even anti-Semitism. Everything was good to try to silence me, to pretend to be someone who does not know what he is saying and to put pressure on an ongoing criminal investigation in Paris. It was even decided in the evening to hit me, in an organized ambush, to be sure to intimidate me, and physically this time. These methods are despicable“. From now on, to have justice, Coline Berry must be chomping at the bit until the deliberation of the trial against her father.
