an ultra-limited event to calm players down

After a new patch and the announcement of the next season of Diablo 4, Blizzard Entertainment decides to make a small gift for the players, especially the latecomers.

Season 1 of Diablo 4 will have been eventful to say the least. Between the balancing problems, the bugs and the patch that caused so much talk, Blizzard had to face a real outcry. The publisher has since corrected the shooting as much as possible with great reinforcements of update. Precisely, the latest to date tackles certain problems noted by players who have abandoned the game. In an attempt to bring them back before the end of season 1, Blizzard is announcing an event not to be missed.

A welcome boost for Diablo 4 players

Diablo 4 Season 2 will be held on October 17, 2023 and will be themed around blood and vampires. To make players wait longer and especially so that the most late can finish the first season of evil, Blizzard decides to give a little boost for a long weekend. So, from 1er to September 5 at 7:00 p.m. French time, all your characters will be under the blessing of Mother Lillith. It will allow you to gain more experience, but also more gold during 5 days.

A direct response to criticism of the leveling system of Diablo 4 which still causes many concerns for some fans considering the climb to level 100 far too long and tedious. Blizzard has already reworked the xp gain in previous updates, but to convince reluctant players a little more, the studio is implementing this blessing. It will automatically give a bonus to all characters, whether they are in the Seasonal or Eternal world.

The latter will be visible just above the potions and will offer 25% bonus on xp gain, but also a gain of gold. Enough to allow players to advance a little faster during this weekend while the journey to level 100 is a long task for everyone. The gold bonus will not be too much either since in this last opus, the economy is quite complicated and enchanting your equipment as well as the management of gems are quickly very expensive.

Season 2 coming soon

As for the second season of Diablo 4, it will introduce a new character: the demon hunter Erys who will be interpreted by the British actress Gemma Chan. With this new protagonist, many additions will also come a quest line, 5 new end bosses as well as a quality of life update. This update should include many requests made by users such as gems that will no longer take up space in the inventory or even filters and search bars in inventories. The status effects obtained in the dungeons as well as the elemental resistance system should also be reviewed for this second season.
