Gecina: HSBC is downgrading its recommendation from “buy” to “hold” and its target price from 151 to 110 euros.
TotalEnergies: Bernstein raises its target price from 64 to 65 euros, imitated in this by Morgan Stanley which goes from 56 to 58 euros.
Icade: HSBC reduced its price target from 14 euros to 71 euros.
Covivio: Same maneuver from the same broker, which goes from 82 to 66 euros.
