All over Austria there are owners or tenants of properties who make lucrative business by enforcing claims for trespassing. There are suggestions from the motorists’ clubs ARBÖ and ÖAMTC as to how this rip-off could finally be put to a stop. We spoke to them and asked the Ministry of Justice about the problem.
