The date of September 21 was marked with a white stone on the calendar of all series lovers, since it meant the arrival of Andor on Disney +! After the successes of Obi-Wan Kenobi, The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett, the platform offers us the chance to dive into the origin story of Cassian Andor, the illustrious hero of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
5 years before the mission on Scarif, Cassian is a spy and participates in the beginnings of the Resistance, facing the advent of the terrifying Galactic Empire. And the least we can say is that the first 3 episodes of the series have kept their promises if we are to believe the rain of rave messages that swept over Twitter.
A Star Wars darker than usual!
Darker, more mature: this was the first impression many viewers had after watching Andor’s debut.
The staging was particularly appreciated by subscribers who underlined a darkness halfway between film noir and science fiction.
With a point of view developed in parallel in the 2 camps (among the rebels and in the heart of the Empire) the series and its ambitious narration take the time to install the atmosphere and its characters, without forgetting to offer scenes breathtaking !

Although located between episodes III and IV of the cinema saga, the series voluntarily moves away from the characters developed in the trilogies.
