The US company Google announced new functions for Android Auto at the end of last year. Now these are being introduced step by step. You can now reply to an incoming message with quick replies.
Currently, the feature is only available in the beta version of the app, but it should be available to the general public soon.
If you have an incoming message read out to you by the Google Assistant, Android Auto offers you at least one quick reply. But you can also write back with your own text, reports the technology blog 9to5Google.
It is still uncertain whether and when the manufacturer will roll out the new “Coolwalk” user interface.
