Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's divorce case could be litigated. It is possible that the children will have to testify.

Angelina Jolie (45, "The Tourist") and Brad Pitt (57, "World War Z") may soon see each other again in court because of their divorce, as "The Blast" writes. In the process, the six children of the former dream couple could allegedly also have to testify. However, permission from both parents is required for underage children. In addition, according to the report, allegations of alleged domestic violence could become part of the process. According to court files reported by "The Blast", Angelina Jolie is said to be ready to present "evidence" against her ex-partner.

Jolie and Pitt have the children Maddox (19) Pax (17), Zahara (16), Shiloh (14) and the twelve-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox. Jolie lives with the children in Los Angeles, just five minutes away from Pitt's home. According to US media reports, the ex-couple has allegedly been in a custody battle since the separation in September 2016. Pitt and Jolie had been in a relationship since 2005 and have been married since 2014.

In 2016, after the separation, there should have been investigations against Pitt on allegations of child abuse, which, according to US media reports, were discontinued by the responsible department for child and family affairs in Los Angeles. The trigger is said to have been a dispute between Brad Pitt and Maddox.
