Charlie’s Labyrinth

L’May 1 getaway is one of the most popular events in the game. And for good reason, it allows you to access a real labyrinth on an annex island where you can collect some rewards and especially meet Charly. Be careful, it is only possible to get one ticket, so make sure you get it right the first time with our video walkthrough below:
The Museum stamp rally
Most likely an underrated event (because let’s face it, the rewards to be obtained are not very attractive), the International Museum Day is nevertheless a superb moment to spend with Thibou. In particular, it allows you to explore your Museum from top to bottom and learn great anecdotes about the fauna, flora, fossils and even the Works of Art.

Bamboo and young shoots
This month of May, in the northern hemisphere, is an opportunity for you to harvest young spring bamboo, shoots and bamboo in general. This will allow you to craft adorable bamboo furniture for your island.
Note that in addition, two new bamboo objects appeared thanks to the 2.0 update. If you use time travel, you’ve probably already discovered them, but if not, it’s an opportunity to go hunting for plans and craft beautiful carpets.
In the southern hemisphere, you can still pick up a few acorns, pinecones, and mushrooms.

The weather, fish and insects
Yes, you have until May 25 to enjoy rainbows (and even double rainbows!) on your island. Also note the appearance of new fish and insects, as well as the disappearance of some at the end of the month.

Here are all the items you can pick up via the Residents’ Office Nookstop terminal. Just go to the Nook Shopping and then to the “Temporary Items” tab using the L and R buttons on your joycons. Once the object has been purchased, you will receive it the next day by post
- children’s day : from April 28 to May 5, 2022. Mostly celebrated in Japan, this holiday allows you to collect a banner with Koi Carps as well as a paper hat.
- Mothers Day : from May 1 to 31, 2022. You can collect a Mum mug and a bouquet of carnations.
- The Cheese Festival : May 22-31, 2022. You can pick up a Wrapped Gloucester.
