The manufacturer presents three new wireless chargers equipped with Qi2 charging technology, a new standard very inspired by that offered by Apple on its iPhones with MagSafe.
A new wireless charging standard is coming to the Android universe, and should change a lot of things for owners of compatible smartphones.
A new standard for faster, more efficient charging
The Qi2 wireless charging standard was presented at the beginning of 2023 by the Wireless Power Consortium. The latter should arrive soon on new Android smartphones, and will offer many uses to owners of these compatible phones.
Qi2 can approximate Apple’s MagSafe, and uses magnets to align charging precisely to the inductive charging coil in the phone. This offers better efficiency for lower energy loss, but also faster charging.
Indeed, Qi2 wireless chargers can go up to 15W, compared to around 7.5W for current Qi chargers. It is also the charging power allowed by MagSafe for iPhones associated with a compatible charger certified by the brand.
It remains to be seen whether Apple will adopt the Qi2 standard with its next iPhone 15, as the rumor has insisted. Otherwise, new Apple smartphones will not be able to charge at more than 7.5W.
Anker draws its Qi2 chargers, for all your Apple devices
Anker will therefore offer three chargers compatible with Qi2 charging. The first is the MagGo, a small charging station equipped with a stand to place the phone vertically or horizontally. The latter has a battery with a capacity of 10,000 mAh. New in this new version: an LCD screen on the side instantly gives you the level of battery remaining in the charging station.
The MagGo Wireless Charging Station combines both a MagSafe charging cradle and an Apple Watch charger, which already makes it essential for all Apple fans on the go.
In addition to this portable battery, Anker unveils new versions of the stations allowing you to charge both your iPhone, but also your AirPods and your Apple Watch. One of the two versions is very classic, with the devices placed on the station and the iPhone supported by a charger, and the second uses the magnets on the back of watches and smartphones to suspend them in the air.

Anker finally has a latest product, the MagGo Magnetic Charging Station, which has seven ports, including two 65W USB-C ports (to charge your MacBook), two USB-A ports and three AC ports, in addition to a charging system magnetic front Qi2 compatible.
The launch dates and the prices of these various accessories have not yet been communicated, it will still be necessary to wait a few weeks to learn more about these very promising accessories.
