Anne Heche has found her final resting place. The US actress was buried in Hollywood on Mother’s Day.

The US actress Anne Heche (1969-2022), who died in August 2022, was buried in the late afternoon of last Mother’s Day, May 14, at the famous Hollywood Forever Cemetery in California. A spokesman for the family said so the US celebrity portal “TMZ” confirmed: “She loved everyone so passionately and dearly and her children, her legacy, thank everyone for their support and love during this difficult time and are grateful to be able to honor their mother on Mother’s Day.”

Photos obtained by TMZ show the plaque with a side portrait of the actress and the caption: “Anne Celeste Heche, 1969-2022, Mother, Actress, Author, Director, Creator, Believer. Live in Love.”

Numerous legends from the dream factory have already found their final resting place at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, including Judy Garland (1922-1969), known from “The Wizard of Oz”, Burt Reynolds (1936-2018) or the tragic at the age of only 27 late Anton Yelchin (1989-2016). The cemetery has existed since 1899. According to the report, Heche’s final resting place is next to those of Mickey Rooney (1920-2014), Johnny Ramone (1948-2004) and Chris Cornell (1964-2017) – overlooking the lake.

The actress, who became popular with hit films such as “Six Days, Seven Nights” and the TV series “Ally McBeal”, crashed her Mini-Cooper in the Mar Vista district of Los Angeles on August 5. After days of worrying for friends and family, the sad news followed on August 12: Heche was declared brain dead. At her own request, her organs could be donated. The death was officially classified as an accident.
