Annie Colère trailer: Laure Calamy in a strong film on abortion


The trailer for Blandine Lenoir’s film “Annie Colère” with Laure Calamy and Zita Hanrot has just been unveiled. A moving film on the battle of women for the adoption of the law on abortion in 1975. At the cinema on November 30.

The film takes place in February 1974. Laure Calamy plays Annie, a worker mother of two children, who accidentally finds herself pregnant. The latter meets the MLAC – Movement for the Freedom of Abortion and Contraception which practices illegal abortions in the eyes of all.
Welcomed by this unique movement, based on concrete help for women and the sharing of knowledge, she found in the battle for the adoption of the Veil law on abortion (signed on January 17, 1975) a new meaning to her life.

This more topical film is also worn by Zita Hanrot, India Hair, Yannick Choirat and Damien Chapelle.

Presented at the last Francophone Film Festival in Angoulême, Annie Anger will be released in theaters on November 30, 2022.
