(CercleFinance.com) – Antin Infrastructure Partners announced Thursday the appointment as senior advisor of Eric Labaye, a former consultant to the firm McKinsey.

Quoted in a press release, Alain Rauscher, the general director of Antin, explains that the arrival of Eric Labaye will allow the fund specializing in infrastructure to strengthen its sectoral expertise and facilitate decision-making.

At McKinsey, Eric Labaye specialized in the telecoms, high-tech and industrial sectors, but also worked on issues linked to growth, productivity or the digitalization of the economy.

In 2005, he ended up joining the board of directors of the American consulting company.

Following his departure from McKinsey in 2018, he became president for five years of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Polytechnic Institute of Paris.

A graduate of Polytechnique himself and holder of an MBA from Insead, since 2023 he has chaired the consulting company Idel Partners, which he helped to found.
