(AOF) – Antin Infrastructure Partners has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in RAW Charging, a rapidly growing company that installs and owns electric vehicle charging points in the UK. Antin is making this acquisition as part of its NextGen strategy. This follows Antin’s investment in Power Dot, Europe’s leading electric vehicle charging platform, last May.
