At a time when social networks and especially Twitter are sources of more drama and problems than good news. Many people are starting to want a change of scenery despite the addiction the link they have had with the platform for years. This is now the case for Antoine Daniel, who recently announced that he is about to completely deactivate his account in order to stop wasting time and “sanity points”.
A nasty atmosphere…
For several months now, the atmosphere on Twitter, around French streaming in particular, has been deteriorating more and more. In addition to the many night and day dramas, more recently we have had the right to the big rants of Maghla, the accusations of Ponce, and the suspicious past of Sardoche.
The drop of water for Antoine Daniel who, like many others, is getting tired of seeing negative things on a daily basis while wasting time and will therefore delete his account created in 2012 since his time as a famous YouTuber, who had more than 1 million followers. A loss for them but a very wise decision on the part of the streamer, which he explained in a recent live.
A total burnout
Already more distant for some time, and having previously explained his harmful and addictive relationship with Twitter, he explains in more detail why he is leaving Twitter:
He also explains that the only downside might be professionally speaking, for ops that ask for a retweet or wording accurate, but it’s not worth the sanity gains in any way it will have while specifying that Twitter is not the only existing social network. His @MrAntoineDaniel @MrAntoineDaniel will however remain reserved and inaccessible for the smart few who would try to pass themselves off as him later.
A more than understandable decision that will surely do him a lot of good and that many other users should follow if they want to avoid the waves of negativity that are only growing over the weeks…
