In search of a property for their new life together, Hervé and Stéphanie from “L’amour est dans le pré” called on Stéphane Plaza. In the “Search apartment or house” of September 16, 2022 broadcast on M6, the lovers thus left in search of the property of their dream. Did they find it? Answer with Télé Star.
They needed help. After finding love in season 16 of “Love is in the meadow”, Hervé and Stéphanie turned to Stéphane Plaza to find their dream property. In fact, it was Karine Le Marchand, host of the show and close to the real estate agent, who contacted him to help them. Without hesitation, he therefore agreed to take up the challenge and it was in “Search apartment or house” that the couple found themselves on the screen again. Living in rental in Frémontiers, the 43-year-old farmer and his 40-year-old partner wanted to find their own cozy nest. Except that in the countryside, goods were scarce while their demands were great.
To sum up, Hervé and Stéphanie had a budget of 245,000 euros maximum. “The main criteria is to find an individual pavilion with three bedrooms for our future family, a large enough plot, not too far from the farm because I drive every day” explained Hervé. But then, did the lovers find what they were looking for? It must already be said that Stéphane Plaza found the task rather difficult… “They won’t have a home, I’m laying down my arms. It’s untraceable… I’m going to have to stop” said the real estate agent, taking stock with Karine Le Marchand. In fact, after visiting four houses, Hervé and Stéphanie were not won over. It would have been necessary to wait for the last visit – not filmed – for the couple to have a crush.
Hervé and Stéphanie owners in Brassy
Finally, Hervé and Stéphanie bought a house. By dint of tenacity, Stéphane Plaza found the rare pearl: a house on two floors of 100m2 with a garden of 700m2 located in Brassy, four kilometers from the farm and next to Bernadette, Hervé’s house. The house, without work, was sold as part of an estate. Ensuring a bright future.
