We officially know, for a few days, that Newcastle is indeed the new Legend of Apex Legends. This had been revealed to the eyes of the players through a trailer, showing some of the novelties of this season 13, named Sauvage. This April 28 is a trailer concerning the story of this Legend which is publishedthanks to the series Stories from the Wilderness.
In this video we can see Newcastle, a real star, trying to join the Apex Games, in vain. After many failures, the latter must face several difficulties and ends up being killed, and is replaced by Jackson, Bangalore’s brother, whom he wishes to find. Jackson therefore seizes the armor of Newcastle, which he meets from time to time, to rush on the battlefield to see his sister again.
We’ll know more about Newcastle, and this new season, in the days to come, as EA and Respawn will share a bit more information. However, we know that this new Legend is rather defensive, allowing among other things to transport its neutralized teammates. The release of the Savage season, the thirteenth of Apex Legends, is scheduled for May 10, 2022.
