Apnea: Arnaud Jérald wins the second title of world champion of his career


Arnaud Jérald became world champion in monofins, with a dive to a depth of 123 meters, beating the French record for the category at the same time.

This Monday, Arnaud Jérald won the second title of world champion of his career. In Turkish waters in Kas, the Frenchman won in the monofin category at the Open Water Freediving World Championships.

Arnaud Jerald remained in apnea for three minutes and eleven seconds, reaching the depth of 123 meters. At the same time, he signs a French record. The podium is completed by the Italians Davide Carrera (121m) and Antonio Mogavero (113m).

The Frenchman is to be followed again this Friday, October 7 in the dual palm category, in which he was crowned in 2021, which will close these 2022 worlds.
