Apple has just announced a new keynote which lets us imagine lots of things.
Apple has issued invitations for a new conference which will take place on May 7, at 16. The appointment is made and Apple asks us to “Imagine“. So let’s try to imagine what might be presented in two weeks.
New iPads
The image of the virtual cardboard is quite explicit: a hand holding a stylus, directly referring to the iPad Pro. We can therefore safely assume that the Apple brand should unveil new high-end tablets equipped with an M3 chip, an Oled screen and a new layout for its camera. The visual also gives hope for a new Appel Pencil. Even more, we can imagine a complete overhaul of the range, with new large iPad Airs, and why not an iPad mini which has not been renewed since 2021.
For Apple to dedicate a complete event to it and not a simple press release, it is also possible that one of these products will undergo a more significant overhaul than usual… with generative AI perhaps ? With WWDC a month away, it would be surprising, but not impossible.
The arrival of Vision Pro outside the US?
The other possibility is that Apple will take advantage of this keynote to announce the arrival of its mixed reality headset, the Vision Pro, outside American borders. “The space computer» could thus be available in Europe without having to cross the Atlantic or use an American Apple account.
Note that the time for this conference is later than usual. By holding its live at 4 p.m. (French time) and not 7 p.m., Apple is perhaps hoping to speak more to the European public.
