The Cupertino company has just announced the holding of a new event. And the visual that was transmitted clearly indicates that the objective is to talk about iPad!
There are traditional events at Apple, such as the famous annual WWDC conference, the next of which should allow the presentation of the group’s AI tools, or the big back-to-school keynote. And then there are others, more impromptu, that we learn about just a few weeks in advance following a concise invitation from the American giant. The conference which will be held next month belongs to this second category. Few details were provided, but the clues given clearly point to an event geared towards iPads.
The invitation is launched for May 7
“Let loose”, or “let go”. This is the name that Apple has given to its next presentation, for which the invitation has just been sent. The event will be held on Tuesday, May 7, will begin at 4 p.m. (Paris time), and will have the particularity of being a completely online event.
The details of the products have not been specified, but the logo that accompanies the invitation is quite explicit, since it is a hand holding an Apple Pencil, which produces splashes of color. We should therefore be entitled to the officialization of new iPads, and potentially, new accessories associated with this range of products.
Air and Pro at the rendezvous
It’s not very difficult to guess what should normally be revealed to us in a little less than two weeks. Several rumors have in fact indicated in recent months that the new iPad Air M2 and iPad Pro M3 were not very far from arriving on the market. These two machines should therefore be the stars of the event.
Accessory level, it would be very surprising, given the visual, not to be entitled to a new Apple Pencil, of which certain rumors indicate that it could not only be sensitive to finger pressure, but also be compatible with the very first Apple Vision Pro mixed reality headset. Finally, the presentation of a new Magic Keyboard cannot be ruled out either.
