Only a month left before the Vision Pro arrives in France. While waiting for July 12, several French streaming platforms have reported that their applications will be available immediately on Apple’s mixed reality headset.

France believes in Apple Vision Pro

This is already the case for myCanal and Arte, whose respective applications have been available on the American version of the App Store since the launch of the headset in the United States last February. In a few weeks, they will be joined by M6 with its recent M6+ live and replay platform. TF1, with its competitor TF1+, has not yet come forward, but this will not take long, according to our colleagues at Numerama. Finally, OQEE, the Free replay platform, will also be present on the day of the launch in France.

Note in passing that other types of applications, such as SeLoger and Foxar, will also arrive in July on the Vision Pro.

Other streaming services available

Other major streaming services from elsewhere will also be available on Apple’s headset when it launches in France. This is the case for Apple TV+, Disney+, Max, Paramount+ and Mubi. Netflix and YouTube will also be there, but via Safari or a third-party application, while for Prime Video it will simply be a port of the iPad version. Much better than the competition’s headsets, especially the Meta Quest.

Finally, remember that pre-orders for the Vision Pro will be launched on the Apple website on June 28 at 2 p.m. starting at €4,000.
