Indeed, according to a leaker who calls himself UnclePan on the Weibo social network, the Apple Watch Pro would not allow the use of its old bracelets and would force its first owners to buy new, slightly larger accessories designed especially for this watch. connected.
Mark Gurman, journalist at Bloomberg, is less categorical. He believes that the attachment system used by Apple since the first Apple Watch would remain in place, but that the current bracelets would not perfectly match the XXL case of the Apple Watch Pro. The most aesthete users would have no choice but to renew their collection or to confine themselves to the Apple Watch Series 8, which will retain the attachment system and will be compatible with all the bracelets marketed by the brand.
Apple renews its ranges of bracelets several times a year with new seasonal colors, but also new models such as the simple buckle bracelet, without holes or fixing nails.
