GAUSSIN (ALGAU – FR0013495298), world leader in innovative transport and logistics solutions, announces the appointment by the Vesoul Commercial Court on May 30, 2024 of SELARL AJRS, represented by Me Philippe JEANNEROT, as provisional administrator of the ‘business.
This decision follows the request made by Me Charles-Henri CARBONI, judicial administrator, and Christophe GAUSSIN, President and Managing Director. This appointment responds to the current governance dysfunctions which the company has already reported (Cf. CP of May 20, 2024).
Me JEANNEROT will exercise his functions until June 18 inclusive, the date of the General Meeting of GAUSSIN SA (Cf. CP of May 13, 2024). His mandate may be renewed if necessary.
Me JEANNEROT has been given the mission to manage and administer GAUSSIN SA with the full powers necessary in such circumstances to represent the company and make all useful decisions in its daily operation.
Still with the aim of protecting the interests of the company, the Vesoul Commercial Court also modified, at the request of Me Charles-Henri CARBONI, the latter’s supervisory mission into a mission from May 28, 2024 The strengthening of its powers aims to ensure the smooth running of the observation period and to finalize the safeguarding plan.
