Appointments within the L’Oréal Group


(AOF) – L’Oréal has announced several important movements within the group’s Executive Committee planned for the first quarter of 2024. Fabrice Megarbane has been appointed Managing Director – Market Development. He succeeds Frédéric Rozé, who has announced his intention to retire at the beginning of next year, after 38 years of career in the Group. As General Manager – Market Development, Fabrice Megarbane’s mission will be to accelerate growth, lead transformation projects and lead the Group’s Zones.

Vincent Boinay will be appointed President of the North Asia region and Managing Director of L’Oréal China. He will succeed Fabrice Megarbane, following his appointment as General Manager – Market Development. He will soon settle in Shanghai and will fully assume his new responsibilities at the beginning of February 2024.

Faced with the increased complexity of the Chinese market, Laurence Ma, currently Managing Director of L’Oréal Luxe China, has been appointed Deputy Managing Director China, in charge of the Divisions.

Emmanuel Goulin will be appointed Managing Director of Worldwide Travel Retail and will join the Group’s Executive Committee. He will succeed Vincent Boinay. He will take office in early 2024.
