That their election to an apprenticeship in of materials technology, Valentina sees it as a stroke of luck today: “I have different looked at apprenticeships, nobody could tell me anything specific about materials technology,” she laughs. “I got to know the job better on trial days and thought it would be something for me – so I applied.”
