After two years at HTL, Niklas switched to voestalpine as an apprentice: “I knew that electrical engineering was the right thing for me, but I realized that I would rather do an apprenticeship. Of course, I was already familiar with voestalpine, and my dad encouraged me to apply there,” says the 19-year-old.
