The Browser Company is once again expanding the functionality of its alternative browser: Arc. Today, it gains an option that is so essential today, synchronization between devices. Window, Mac, iOS, all versions of Arc now communicate with each other.

Dolapo Falola, technical director of The Browser Company, presents this new feature in a three-minute video published on YouTube. “The feature is called Arc Sync and the vision is Arc for All”. He is followed by Josh Miller, boss of the company, who written on : “No matter where you go, no matter the device, we believe the Internet should come with you.”

Arc Sync

Allowing you to use your browser wherever you are and with any system by finding your favorites and settings is simply essential. Arc now does this by synchronizing its tabs, folders and spaces in real time.

Until now, Arc had ignored this option, focusing above all on its primary vision: to revolutionize Internet navigation using artificial intelligence. However, Dolapo Falola assures that Arc Sync has been in development since the beginning of their browser.

Arc is on par with the kings of browsers

From now on, Arc is on par with market leaders like Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox. Especially since it is based on Chromium, it supports Chrome extensions. You can import your favorites and even your Google accounts. Switching from Chrome to Arc is quite confusing, the two browsers do not use the same approach, Arc for example skipping Google during searches, preferring to directly display the most convincing results.

With the latest Arc update, The Browser Company also takes the opportunity to give a little facelift to its design, implementing a new loading animation as well as custom icons.
