Trion Worlds and XL Games launched in 2013 ArcheAge, a MMORPGs taking place in a medieval fantasy universe. Well, almost 10 years later, a second game has just been announced, with Kakao Games to editing. This title is soberly called ArcheAge 2 and offers a first trailer:
ArcheAge 2 will once again take place in the universe ofAurora, a reimagined version of the continent for new players. We will discover new enemies, but also already known creatures, the developers want here to extend and evolve the sandbox experience of the first game, in particular thanks to theUnreal Engine 5 for graphics worthy of a AAA. Combat will also be improved and the developers are preparing major features, as CEO Jake Song explains:
In ArcheAge 2, we intend to improve the trade system so that players can trade on their own, in teams, or in raids.
Housing was another popular feature in the first ArcheAge. We plan to improve it by adding more customization to allow players to live in villages with their friends, and even create their own villages with their guild members.
