For 20 years, GLACIER COMPUTER LLC has been a recognized integrator in the United States that deploys mobile solutions for outdoor use and in difficult conditions with major American companies, directly or via a network of distributors covering the American territory.
The company has a turnover of around 10 million dollars and has developed its own range of products (Glacier KODIAK) to meet the needs of multinationals in hardened computers for vehicles, in all types of environment. It also distributes rugged solutions from leading manufacturers in certain market segments such as GETAC, PANASONIC or ZEBRA.
The experience of GLACIER COMPUTER LLC allows it to address different vertical segments with more than 300 large American client companies ranging from production, logistics, industry, transport and construction by combining products corresponding to specific uses. to cutting-edge software for fleet management, traceability and even geolocation.
Outlook
This acquisition would double the size of LOGIC INSTRUMENT and exceed 20 million euros in turnover in 2023. Logic Instrument will be able to offer its own solutions to American customers of GLACIER COMPUTER. The transaction would position LOGIC INSTRUMENT as a major player in the supply of rugged solutions to industrial and defense customers in the United States. The acquisition should generate substantial economies of scale in the purchase of components and finished products.
The two companies are working together to try to reach a final agreement before the end of 2022.
