(CercleFinance.com) – Yorkville Advisors Global, acting on behalf of YA II PN, declared, as a regularization, to have crossed downwards on March 31, 2022, following a sale of Archos shares on the market, the thresholds of 10% of the capital and voting rights of Archos and hold, on that date, 184,800 Archos shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 8.90% of the capital and voting rights of this society.
The declarant specified that he held, as of April 7, 2022, 141,800 Archos shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 6.83% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
