Are low rise jeans really going to make a comeback?

If you are a kid of the 90s, low rise jeans have undoubtedly been part of your wardrobe for a long time! On the other hand, we doubt that this is the part that you miss the most today. But unfortunately we will have to get used to it because it is more than ever back on the front of the fashion scene and fashionistas have already brought it up to date. Bella Hadid has just proved it brilliantly to us this Thursday, January 6!

While attending the Louis Vuitton fall-winter 2020/2021 men's fashion show, the American supermodel caused a sensation in an electric blue mini-bra printed with the brand's symbol, which she had paired with trousers from low waist suit. However, there is a little novelty in the way to wear it in 2020: the wider it is, the better!

A trend that is not really unanimous

If the models wear low waist jeans wonderfully (obviously), we are really not sure to be so comfortable in them! For many of us, this flagship piece from the 2000s is still synonymous with vulgarity, and even more so when it is very tight and has holes in the knees. But, like Bella Hadid or Emily Ratajkowski, some stars manage to make it chic and elegant. To get this look, it's simple: choose it loose and mix it with a tight turtleneck or a small bra that we take care to hide under a blazer. So, ready to fall back on the hipster jeans?
