(CercleFinance.com) – Argan announces having taken delivery, at the end of May, of a new logistics site of 4,300 m² in Castries, a few kilometers north of Montpellier, a new site operated by a major retail player under a lease of six firm years.
Located along the A9 motorway which links Béziers to Nîmes, this site is particularly dedicated to e-commerce activity and home delivery to individuals throughout the Montpellier metropolis and its more than 500,000 inhabitants.
The building includes two halls dedicated to the reception and storage of goods, as well as the preparation and dispatch of orders. The multi-temperature site allows the entire range to be processed, from ambient to frozen (-25°C).
