(CercleFinance.com) – Argan announces that it delivered a new 14,000 m² distribution platform for Didactic in September under a long-term lease of 12 years firm in the territory of Caux Seine agglomeration, about thirty kilometers from the port from Le Havre.
This site becomes the nerve center of Didactic by regrouping its head office on 1,400 m² of offices and a production unit of 2,000 m². The balance of the program, approximately 10,600 m², is dedicated to logistics activities.
Following this project, the property company decided to launch a second phase on this site with the help of Caux Seine development, a new program to be marketed and which will allow the development of 12,700 m² on a 3.7 hectare plot.
