(CercleFinance.com) – Argan announces that it is launching the development of a 9,500 m² Aut0nom site in Augny, on the outskirts of Metz and directly connected to the A31 motorway. This new Premium warehouse will be operated by 4MURS under a 12-year lease, including nine farms.
The Augny site will allow 4MURS (650 employees, 106 stores in France and Belgium) to manage the logistics of the 7,000 references distributed by the brand, close to its head office located in the neighboring town of Marly.
The logistics real estate company specifies that delivery of this first phase is expected for the fourth quarter of 2024, knowing that an expansion capacity of approximately 8,000 m² has been provided on the project’s land base.
