(CercleFinance.com) – Argan is announcing this evening that it is investing in a new messaging center of more than 15,000 m2 in Compans (Seine-et-Marne), near Roissy CDG airport.
This site will host teams from Colis Privé, a specialist in BtoC parcel delivery, under a 12-year long-term lease.
Developed by Virtuo on behalf of Argan, this new project aims to be ‘exemplary from an environmental point of view’ and aims for BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certifications and the ‘Basic’ level of the Biodivercity label.
Argan believes that this new location demonstrates its ability to invest in the entire range of logistics real estate, from XXL platforms to courier platforms located in the heart of conurbations.
