Argan: proposes to distribute 2.6 euros in dividend to its shareholders















(Boursier.com) — The shareholders of the company Argan are invited to attend the Combined General Meeting to be held on Thursday March 24 at 2:30 p.m. in Paris.

The meeting notice including the agenda and the draft text of the resolutions was published in the BALO of February 16, 2022 (bulletin no. 20). The notice of meeting will be published in the BALO of March 7, 2022 (bulletin no. 28), as well as in the Journal Le Parisien of March 7, 2022. The procedures for participating in and voting at this Meeting appear in these notices.

2.6 euros of dividend per share

In particular, given the excellent 2021 results, Argan will propose, at the Annual General Meeting of March 24, a +24% increase in the dividend with the payment of a dividend of 2.60 euros per share. This dividend represents a rate of return of 2.30% based on the average share price in December 2021 (of 113.34 euros) and a distribution rate of 51% of net cash flows. Payment is scheduled for April 2022.

Argan plans, during the 2023 General Meeting, to propose to its shareholders a +6% increase in the dividend to 2.75 euros per share. The EPRA NRV NAV/share at the end of 2022 is expected at 107 euros/share.
