(CercleFinance.com) – Argan announces that it has signed a sale and leaseback agreement with Renault Group to acquire a 153,000 m² logistics platform, on approximately 300,000 m² of land, located in the town of Fouchères, in the center of three motorways A19, A6, A5 constituting an ideal center of gravity for serving France and whose authentic act is planned for October 2022.
This platform will be the subject of a commercial lease for a firm period of 12 years with Renault Sas.
It will be financed 30% by self-financing and 70% by depreciable fixed-rate mortgage loan.
Argan anticipates a total portfolio of 3.5 million m² at the end of December 2022, up 6% over one year.
