(Boursier.com) — Arkéa REIM is strengthening its teams! The real estate fund management company affiliated with Arkéa Investment Services welcomes two new employees: Julie Puech, Product Development Manager and Abdelkader Guennioui, Fund Management Manager.
Julie Puech is appointed Product Development Manager. Previously Head of Real Estate Product Development at PERIAL AM, Julie Puech has 5 years of experience in marketing real estate savings products. She previously held a similar position at La Française, which she joined in 2016 at the end of her Masters in Asset Management at Paris Dauphine University.
Abdelkader Guennioui holds the position of Head of Fund Management. He is a graduate of ESTP and a master’s degree in real estate management from Paris Dauphine University and has 4 years’ experience in the management of real estate investment funds. Before joining the Arkéa REIM teams, Abdelkader Guennioui was Head of Institutional Fund Management at PERIAL AM, where he managed two OPPCIs, one Unit-Linked SCI and two mandates on behalf of institutional investors.
